Limited Warranty - Transducers USA, Incorporated warrants that products purchased from Transducers USA shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the period of 90 days from the date of shipment. Any claim by Customer must be made in writing and promptly provided to Transducers USA. A written explanation of the defect must be included. Transducers USA will not be responsible for any misuse, abuse, neglect, improper operations, improper installation, improper maintenance, or accidental damage of the products. Transducers USA will, at its own discretion and option repair, replace or credit the purchase price of any product Transducers USA has found to be defective and valid for return within the limits of this warranty. Any alteration or modification of product will render this warranty null and void. Transducers USA, Inc. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any nature, whether direct, indirect, incidental collateral, special, or consequential in connection with or resulting from the sale or use of the products sold whether or not occasioned by Transducers USA' negligence or otherwise.
